This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and smooth operation of our payment processes. You will be instrumental in managing receivables, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the accurate reporting of pending receivables
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize records of invoices, order forms, and payment trackers
- Maintain records of pending payments for all customers
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and AR reports for income segregated by category
- Prepare periodic revenue forecast reports
- Ensure a high-quality invoicing and collection process that ensures a smooth collection process
- Assist in account reconciliations, reporting, and annual audits when needed
Qualifications
- B.Com or any bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must speak Hindi and English
- Proven work experience as a Revenue or Accounts Receivable executive
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Zoho Books
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills, along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
- Ability to accurately process numerical data
