Role overview
The Specialist, People Service Center delivers essential HR support by resolving colleague inquiries through Workday help cases following established guidelines. The role centers on providing high-quality service, supporting HR processes, and continuously learning best practices to ensure a positive experience for colleagues.
The PSC specialist assists colleagues across a range of People Organization services, including responding to questions and needs, advising on policies and practices, and processing transactions that support colleagues. Additional responsibilities include administration, documentation, ongoing communication, research, problem-solving, and auditing system information.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Respond to colleague inquiries regarding HR policies, rewards, benefits, and processes in a timely and professional manner.
- Process routine HR service requests such as employment agreement processing, employment verifications, data updates, reporting, and document submissions.
- Maintain accurate case records and update the HR knowledge base with relevant information.
- Assist with HR technology platforms by performing basic troubleshooting, testing, and guiding colleagues on self-service options.
- Support HR service communications and help distribute colleague information and resources.
- Compile service metrics and assist with basic reporting for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, HR COEs, and team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and confidentiality standards in all interactions.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and service center initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 plus year in a similar or any role within the Human Resources function
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Basic knowledge of HRIS systems, HR processes, and service delivery principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team
Preferred
Skills
- Experience with HR service platforms or case management tools
- Interest in pursuing HR certifications or career development in HR service delivery
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Knowledge of Workday is preferred but not essential.
